The platform generates email notifications so that relevant users are notified of the upcoming expiration and / or review dates. The notifications are triggered when the RAG status of a contract switches to either Amber Reviewing or Amber Expiring. Therefore, for every contract, users might receive maximum two (2) reminders.

Who are the contract reminder emails sent to?
The Alert Users field defines the users that will receive the contract reminder emails. Alert users can be defined per contract (when you add or edit a contract).

IMPORTANT NOTE: The contract reminder settings in the screenshots are indicative. They can be configured to meet your preferences. Please speak to your system administrator and / or submit a support request at Zendesk if you would like to configure your contract reminder settings.
