In Statess the following types of surveys are available:
360° Surveys provide a relationship assessment to both internal and supplier stakeholders, whose results can be graphically displayed in the 360° Feedback page of the relevant supplier. These surveys are constructed based on a pre-defined structure as implemented during the configuration of the platform.
Basic surveys can be used for general information gathering and compliance checking. These surveys are released in the information centre area on the respective supplier page where results can be graphically displayed. There is no pre-defined structure for these surveys.
SPM surveys allow for survey results to be incorporated in the performance management of suppliers. SPM surveys are created in the survey area and can then be used as template for KPI scoring in the Performance area. The surveys are set “In Progress” automatically when they are due according to the KPI setup. SPM surveys appear for scoring on the relevant supplier performance page in the submenu “surveys” under “KPI scoring”.
CSR surveys allow you to assess CSR policy alignment or to gather other CSR related information. The surveys are released to the suppliers CSR page for scoring and a result can be graphically displayed in this area. In order to capture organisational specific information these surveys are constructed without any pre-defined structure.
Risk assessment surveys allow organisations to effectively and proactively identify risks by for instance assessing policies and procedures and compliance to business continuity plans. These surveys are constructed without any pre-defined structure.
Supplier readiness surveys provide the ability to segment suppliers based on an assessment of their current processes. Measuring these processes through a specific set of questions will give an indication as to whether a supplier is ready for a complete SRM approach. The supplier readiness surveys appear in the Governance area under the supplier segmentation tab.
