If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the Login page as shown in the screenshot below.
By clicking on this link you will be taken to the page below. Please enter your email address and click Generate New Password. You will then receive an email with a new temporary password.
Click Back to Login to sign-in with your new password. At your first login, you will be prompted to change your password.
