Once a user logs in to SupplierBase, the homepage is loaded. The homepage provides users with a quick snapshot of their personal alerts and relevant activity in the platform that requires their attention. The homepage alerts and data are specific to the user and span across all the suppliers a user is assigned to.


By clicking on each alert, the relevant information is displayed in summary and detailed view. All homepage views include: key summary metrics (top left), chart (top right) and detailed data table (bottom).

The purpose of the homepage alerts is to direct the users’ attention to what is important and relevant to them. From the homepage views, users can view and edit their actions, update a meeting, view the details of a contract, score their key performance indicators (KPIs) and navigate to the relevant detailed pages of the platform.
Users can filter the data displayed in the charts by clicking on the legend.

User can click on the detailed table to see the available options to view more information or edit the data.
