There are a number of ways SupplierBase users can access support. Firstly, if a user experiences technical difficulty whilst logged into the platform, they are able to log a ticket directly with our product quality assurance team via our Zendesk which can be accessed through the “Request Support”.
Alternatively, it is possible to raise issues via communication with State of Flux via numerous channels.
- Support Helpdesk- Our support helpdesk is available by calling +44(0)20 7842 0600 and asking for a Statess trained resource. This is open during business days between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 GMT (or BST at relevant points during the year).
- Customer Services Executive- All of our clients are assigned a Customer Services Executive and this resource will be engaged in frequent conversation with your system administrator to enhance utilisation of the platform. In the event a user experiences difficulties with the platform or notices an area in which it can be improved, it is possible to contact the CSE.
- Client Executive- If a relevant stakeholder would like to raise a point about the strategic aspects of your organisation’s relationship with SupplierBase, the Client Executive represents the appropriate person to contact.
