Critical patches to O/S and applications at the server level are performed by Rackspace under the managed SLA. At the network level, Rackspace is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, patching and upgrading our hosting infrastructure including firewalls, switches, hypervisor hosts, web and DB servers.
At the application level, any required or agreed upgrades will be deployed by the State of Flux development team on scheduled timeframes.
