What access control, login tracking and general activity monitoring are in place for SupplierBase?
SupplierBase - Helpdesk
Updated
All SupplierBase users have their own environments on the platform with unique usernames. Passwords must be set according to an established quality assurance policy (number of characters, uppercase/lowercase, inclusion of numbers) and can be auto-generated and emailed to the user ahead of first login.
At first login, the user will be prompted to change their default password to something personal to them. They will then be asked to accept SupplierBase’ terms and conditions before gaining access to the system.
In the event that a user enters the incorrect password on five consecutive occasions, their account will be locked and will have to be unlocked by a system administrator.
SupplierBase is able to track and produce reports on all login information including successes and failures and the user and time to which each login is attributed. The platform is also able to report on all usage including any creations, deletions and edits of the data items on the relevant environment.
