- Backup of our servers and DBs is covered under a managed SLA with Rackspace. Backup software encrypts the data before it is backed up to a secure backup storage.
- Backup is scheduled as:
i) file-system backup: weekly full backup and then daily differential backup;
ii) DB backup: weekly full backup and 6-hourly differential backup; i
ii) 2 weeks of data retention
