SupplierBase has a very intuitive User Interface (UI) which allows stakeholders to view data in various different ways, both from a high level and with great granularity. Firstly, users have a personal view whereby they can see notifications of the tasks which are currently sat with them. Along with this, users can view data from two different perspectives: a modular level allowing for the viewing of data across all suppliers to whom the user is assigned and a supplier level which lets the user delve into the data for a specified partner. Data can be filtered within the system according to a number of organising taxonomies for parameters such as business units and categories.
SupplierBase offers nine modules listed below; all but the first three are optional so some of those mentioned may not be included in your business’ environment:
