360-degree surveys are two-way relationship assessment surveys which can help you develop your key supplier relationships to become more productive and mutually beneficial. A relationship assessment survey can provide an in-depth view of a specific customer-supplier relationship.
A survey can be sent to key stakeholders on both sides of the relationship to complete a bespoke 360 degree feedback questionnaire; the results of which enable them to understand each other’s motivations, plans and goals – and how they see the current state of the business relationship.
The 360-degree surveys are set-up by your SupplierBase system administrator at the administration area of the platform.
