The purpose of the relationship module is to help structure the interaction between you and your supplier and focuses on Governance. The key areas of the Relationship Module are:
- 360 Surveys – which allow you to conduct two-way relationship assessment surveys;
- Governance – which allows governance details to be shared including overall governance structures/schedules/contacts/stakeholder management; and
- Projects – which allow project teams to create a collaborative online space specifically for a project or team
Governance
Within Governance there are areas that the Supplier or any specific category can share the agreed governance structure for any supplier relationship. This should be kept up to date to ensure everyone is informed of how the relationship is structured.

Schedule
The current schedule of historic and upcoming events/meetings will also be displayed. This will automatically roll up from any meetings scheduled for a particular supplier from anyone in the system.

Contacts and Stakeholder Management
Keeping contacts up to date from both sides of a relationship and in an agreed hub of information is a simple task but one which, if not maintained, can seriously hamper efficiency, especially with leavers and new joiners in large organisations.

Projects
The Projects area allows multiple projects to set up their own collaborative workspaces where files can be stored, information and progress can be shared to allow for joint working.
