Setting up governance for suppliers is a key activity and SupplierBase allows you to create standard governance approaches depending on your classification of supplier. So for instance for your highest risk group of suppliers you may decide that more senior stakeholder engagement with more regular meetings is required as standard. This can be set up on a recurring basis within SupplierBase ensuring that you apply a consistent level of governance depending on the importance of a supplier to your business.
Users can set-up the governance structure of a supplier relationship by navigating to the Supplier Governance page.
In the page that you will be directed, you have to click on Edit. This allows uploading an image and outlining a summary of the supplier governance structure e.g. roles and responsibilities.
